Cylinder heads temperature indicator

The cylinder heads temperature indicator and the exhaust gas temperature indicator can have several analog scales, depending on the number of installed sensors and the EMS profile.

Each scale indicates the temperature level relative to the limits specified in the profile, similar to the oil temperature sensor or engine coolant temperature sensor.

If one or more cylinders overheat or cool down, the analogue scales reflecting their condition will be shown in yellow or red depending on their overrange. A red LED lights when one or more sensors overheat.

If the external EMS unit is used and several cylinder heads temperature or exhaust gas temperature ports are configured, the EMS small screen displays the maximum temperature of all ports for the indicator set. If exhaust gas temperature indicator is set as a third indicator in EMS settings, the maximum value of exhaust gas temperature will be displayed on the EMS small screen.
